PP deputy Javier Campoy said that these budgets are “the most appropriate way to unravel our territory” and criticized the counselor for getting “profile” in housing, proposing, ironically, to change the name of the Department so that just “tourism”. He has said that the heads of the Executive are “pagamirindas” and he has highlighted the “failure” in terms of structure.

From the PSOE, Fernando Sabés has highlighted the increase in the Budget and has highlighted some actions, such as housing rehabilitation aid in rural areas, adding that tourism should be understood as “a clear element of structure”.

The deputy of Podemos Marta de Santos has expressed her “skepticism” and has asked what items the Government estimates that can not be executed to meet the deficit target. “We have not seen a serious bet” for the housing policy, he has expressed, encouraging the use of empty homes.

In his opinion, “the mythical 2012 budget that was dismantled with the policies of the PP is being reached”.

In self-help loans, size matters

Image result for minicreditosAccording to the ATA, the National Federation of Associations of Autonomous Workers, this year is expected to increase the number of workers employed. Many of them, before starting with their projects, look for help for the creation of their future businesses, but it is also worth mentioning that self-employed workers also have loans for freelancers that they can use as private individuals. That is, for the lack of liquidity they may have at some given time in their personal lives, there is also a type of financing for them, a type of financial products that do not require a payroll to be able to apply.

Minicréditos without payroll for small financings

It is common to think that an essential requirement to obtain financing is to have a payroll. However, there are several alternative sources of income that, today, can be valid to apply for a loan for self-employed without the need to attach a payroll.

If we need a little money urgently because we have some financial unforeseen and, being self-employed we have no payroll, we can weigh the idea of hiring one of the minicréditos without payroll offered by the market. Although we are autonomous, we can ask for this type of financing as private individuals. Here are some of the best examples:

Lender Maximum amount Cost of € 100 to 30 days Advantage I’m interested
Wonga Minicredit Up to € 300 (offer for new customers) € 0 Free the first mini credit

Minicrédito Vivus Up to € 300 for new customers € 0 First free mini-loan

Minicrédito Québueno Up to € 300 for new applicants € 26.73 On promotion a 10% discount with the code helpromo17

These small loans for freelancers, therefore, we can hire without problems even if we do not have a payroll as long as we have a remuneration that meets these characteristics:

  • Periodic: that has an antiquity and a continuity in time
  • Sufficient: that allows us to make the return of our credit quickly without this causes us problems of liquidity
  • Justifiable: that the legality of the income that we obtain can be demonstrated

If our remuneration is not given by a payroll, but meets these three maxims, we can apply for the mini credit for freelancers perfectly, of course, without forgetting that the following month we will have to return it in a single installment.

Loans to finance self-employed XL

Another possibility, if we need financing for self-employed people for our particular projects (outside of our business scope) and we need it more, is to resort to a personal loan. This type of credit for self-employed workers is more conventional and is offered by banks and private financial institutions. The amount that these offer ranges between 500 and 60,000, normally, although it depends on the entity in question.

The repayment term for this type of loans for self-employed workers usually ranges from a minimum of about 3 months to a maximum that can be up to 10 years, depending on the financing requested and the monthly payment that is paid.

So, if we want financing for the self-employed, before requesting it, we will have to give an approximate figure to our need and start comparing the types of financial products that are in the market that suit us best.
