The research started

The base-line research started in cooperation with contracted experts under the leadership of ARC Romania. In order to create a common working, the methodology proposed by ARC and summarized in “Conceptual framework, methodology, data collection, analysis and reporting instruments” toolkit was adopted to country specifics.
